1. General

The terms and conditions apply to booked services and the purchase of products from Kaiser Macht's GmbH

2. Cancellations or no-shows

All customers receive an SMS reminder 24 hours before their appointment. However, appointments that cannot be kept must be canceled at least 36 hours before the start of the appointment. For all later cancellations or no-shows, Kaiser Macht's GmbH may charge the lost time for the booked services (90CHFpH)

3. Delays

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Since your appointment is perfectly timed and the customers after you expect that they can start on time, a delay of even 10 minutes can mean that your appointment cannot be kept or can be shortened.

4.Vouchers

Purchased service vouchers have no expiry date but cannot be paid out in cash. Gifted vouchers from Kaiser Macht's GmbH are valid for 3 months and cannot be paid out in cash.

6. Unsatisfactory work

Complaints or unsatisfactory work should be reported immediately, but no later than 48 hours after treatment, in text or by telephone. These deficiencies will be corrected through services (free of charge) if the result does not correspond to the goal discussed together, but unfortunately no other compensation for the work done is possible.
